Please note that courses of lessons are payable in advance after the first lesson (which is paid for at the end of that lesson), with a minimum of 3 two hour sessions. Normally lessons are for 2 hours, but shorter or longer ones can be negotiated (minimum 1 hour and a half). Initial assessments are free. After the first lesson, time slots can only be confirmed once lessons are booked and payment received.
Group lesson fees are per hour not per person – the hourly fee is shared among participants.
Whilst every effort will be made to rearrange booked lessons which are missed or cancelled by learners within a reasonable and mutually convenient time frame, lessons are not refundable once booked and paid for if less than 48 hours’ notice is given. Replacement lessons where more than 48 hours’ notice has been given must be taken within a maximum time frame of two weeks from the date of the cancelled lesson.
If a lesson has to be cancelled by Learn Italian in Kent, every effort will be made to offer an acceptable replacement date within a reasonable time frame (maximum four weeks), but free replacement lessons cannot be held open indefinitely. Grazie!
